4-Week Courses

The 4-week in-person courses are designed to take you from basic rhythms to confidently playing soulful melodies and improvisations. No musical experience needed ! You’ll learn:

• 4-5 compositions, different types of rhythms, playing techniques and styles

• How to improvise and create your own compositions

• How to play with a partner and/or for groups, ceremonies, and sound healing sessions

  What’s included:

• Classes are small - you’ll get one-on-one teaching to ensure your experience is personalized

• Great quality handpans available for use in class

  Other Details:

• Classes take place at either Plant the Future (8484 NE 2nd Ave) or a nearby private residence.

• NOTE : To get the most out of the 4-week course, students are required to subscribe to Master the Handpan Online for 1 month for $23. use code PLAYTHEHANDPAN to get your discount. Subscription includes all lessons posted online with practice videos and other tools.
